Unfinished oak hardwood flooring plank is the flooring type specially milled for customers who want DIY home installation, while they can make polish or any color stains by themself on the hardwood from Job site. Yorking Hardwood mainly work on unfinished white oak flooring per customer requests. As we own the facility and european white oak lumbers , we are felxible to do customized oak hardwood flooring size such as wide plank , strip hardwood or parquet block.
Unfinished white oak hardwood flooring are carefully graded for Premier ,selected or rustic classes according to proportion of timber characters. Universer grade oak comes in mixed 3 classes ,it present most natural look.
Common plank size: 450-1200x90/120/150x18mm with T&G
Parquet block size: 450x75/90x18mm with T&G
Unfinished Oak costs lower (3-4USD/m2) than prefinished oak flooring if for same class.
All unfinished oak planks are properly dried to prevenbt excessive move ments on jobsite just like prefinished one.
